During the Covid-19 pandemic and the complete lockdown as instructed by our president, our services will also be suspended.
Our practices will close as from Thursday 26 March 2020 at 16h00 and will re-open on the 20th of April 2020 (until further notice). You can stock up on batteries / waxguards and other consumables until 26 March at 16h00.
We will however be contactable and will attempt to be at your assistance as best we can with the measures we have put in place:

We are unsure what the full extent & implication will be for us during lockdown and whether we will be able to come out to the practice for urgent repairs at all. Therefore, we will take case by case and evaluate as needed and with new information from government as available. Most of our suppliers are on standby for urgent repairs. Please contact us should you feel that you have an urgent problem at hand. If we cannot address the problem ourselves/in house, we will advise with a plan of action.
BATTERIES: Should you run out of batteries in this time – we have made contact with pharmacies in our areas that has stock of hearing aid batteries readily available. (This will not be at the price that we are able to supply it at – but you will be able to buy some there in case of emergency since the pharmacies are open during this time).

HEARING AID ADJUSTMENTS:
Hearing aid adjustments are generally not possible, except through some of our remote programming facilities. It is not possible with all products – but you can contact us to enquire whether your instruments are compatible with this functionality – WE WOULD LOVE TO ASSIST – PLEASE ENQUIRE ABOUT THIS!
